Sexy Shoe Sunday!

Happy Sunday, all!

I am currently rather poorly and so forgive me for a bit of a placeholder post: I promise I will make it all up to you later in the week when I have a photoshoot planned with a lovely friend of mine.

I've sorted out my nail varnishes (and discovered that I lack a sparkly pink - why? How?) and have taken you some shots of the most recent additions to my shoe-wardrobe!

I don't know when or why I developed a love for shoes, it just feels like I've always had it. I remember nagging my mum for a pair of black patent leather school shoes when I was in primary school. They were so shiny and I wanted them soooo much and she went mad at me for not wearing them because they hurt my feet, but I loved them anyway, and nothing much has changed! I've had three new pairs of exciting shoes added to my collection including the most wonderful and impractical purple shoes ever.

Aren't they glorious? I am so in love with them it's a little bit embarrassing. Surprisingly I can actually walk in them, although it's slightly terrifying, but I feel about a million feet tall and sexy as hell!

So recently my sister got married and I was her maid of honour, which was lovely and I was very happy to be part of her big day - but also happy to get a new pair of shoes! She's as big a shoe fiend as me so she let me pick my own pair and I found these little gems.

I'm pretty new to the concept of navy blue as something I might wear but I am being won over by it at last. These are just ideal to wear with white bobby socks in summer - perhaps with a red swing skirt to rock the nautical, 50s chic look I adore so much.

And then...the brogues. Oh, how I love brogues. To me there are very few things hotter than a girl in high heeled brogues, and a very dear friend of mine helped me feed my addiction by passing a pair which were too large for her on to me - hurrah! Joy! New shoes!  I'd never considered myself to be a brown shoes girl but god these are hot as hell, aren't they?

Looooook at the heels! They're so slender! I just can't get enough of them and they look HOT HOT HOT with my favourite pair of stockings!

Again, sorry for the placeholder post darlings, but I am so very full of cold and flu that I am just not up to much. Gorgeous shots soon to come, I promise!

Wednesday I Don't Care About You

Happy Hump Day!

WOW but I am super tired today! It's been a long day at work and my feet are feeling it. Luckily for me I had a wonderful soak in the bath when I got home from work...

(I'm loving the seafoam-green nails in the bubbles - how cute is that?)

...and eased the weight of the world from my poor, aching heels and soles. This was partly aided by some gorgeous spa foot scrub with lots of pumice in it to keep my soles nice and supple...

...and then I followed it with lashings of the matching moisturiser which I made sure to get right between my toes.

I gave myself a good foot massage - never quite the same when you do it yourself, but still good! - and paid special attention to my heels, which are definitely suffering. For a woman with a lot of shoes you'd think I own a sensible work pair, but no. To top off my little mini foot treat session I've popped on my favourite pair of super-soft white socks to help the moisturiser sink in. Finally my feet feel refreshed and I feel relaxed and nearly human again!

I like these socks particularly because they're really warm (a bonus when you don't like chilly toes) but are so thin you can just see my tattoos peeking through them - look! I loved this shot - although you can see how cluttered my dressing table is!!! - because you can see my tattoo and my toes even through the veil of the sock - neat, huh?

And now I have happy feet again, and my beautiful pussycat purring on them to keep them cosy and I am feeling terribly sleepy so I will say goodnight and sweet dreams, lovelies!

Welcome To The Week!

Good afternoon!

It's a glorious early spring day here at Kitten Towers and I've been able to play out in the garden for the first time this year - hooray! I have never had my very own garden to plant things in and nurture myself and I am very excited about it. Last autumn I planted lots of spring bulbs - snowdrops, crocuses, tulips and daffodils - and I am starting to see them poking their leaves above the ground and my very first snowdrops are flowering! So today I couldn't resist having a little barefoot stroll in the long grass before it gets a spring cut and I took some pictures for you to enjoy!

The cool grass felt really lovely on my soles and toes and I couldn't resist getting my feet all dirty in the mud - I like the squishy feeling between my toes!

See? Look at the mud on those toes...

...and on my soles! I could have stayed out for so much longer but it's still a little bit too chilly for getting really mucky in the garden. At least then I got to go inside and warm them up with a nice shower and a good scrub and moisturise to make them all soft and clean again. Roll on summer and more barefoot fun!

P.S: Do you like this photoset? There are more sole shots, toe close-ups and dirty heels from the set available for a teeny tiny fee (to keep me in nail polish and foot scrub!). If you would like to know more, email me on miss.kittens.feet@gmail.com xxx

Back From The Grave...

Rumours of my demise have been greatly exaggerated...

Happy 2013, foot fans! I'm back, and better than ever! I have had a rather hectic three months so please forgive my absence. I'm now up to speed in taking new photos and fun things for you all to enjoy!

First up on your plate tonight is...wax play!

I had great fun taking this shot, and the rest of the set it is from, as a commission for my number 1 fan! I loved the feeling of the warm wax splashing on my soles and dripping in between my toes and the arty part of me loved making pretty patterns with the two colours! When it was all dry I scraped the wax off with the blade of a small knife, which tickled and scratched and felt lovely all over my feet - I can't wait to do it again with the new play knife I am having made! EEE! Excitement!

I've also been on a bit of a nail varnish buying spree of late: my favourite EVAH brand of varnish, Barry M, is on offer in Superdrug stores at the moment and I couldn't resist popping in to see what they had. I managed to get a gorgeous shade called 'Denim' (which is a really lovely blue and silver colour which is almost matte) and 'Ruby Glitter' which...well...is ruby coloured glitter, really!

Pretty, aren't they? I know the photo is terrible =P

I'm really pleased with how the denim has come up on my nails though; a really lovely deep blue which is just like blue jeans, only with a slight silver sparkle!

Lovely, isn't it? I'm very impressed! Once the 'new-shine' has worn off this one I am going to try the ruby glitter because a girl can never have too many sparkly things in her life! I think I might have to make one or two more purchases while the offer is on... perhaps a mint green? Maybe a sparkly pink? Oooh, decisions decisions!

And now, I shall love and leave you darling people with the promise of:

NEW SHOES!
NEW NAIL COLOURS!
FOOT AND TOE BONDAGE!
CUTE SOCKS!

All lined up for this glorious month of February! (That's a good deal: there's only 28 days in it!)
